Can Someone Help me get my stream Set up?

HD Pvr. xbox 360. Xsplit or Screen Cap?

I have the pvr and console working, as of now i can capture but having issues making a stream work.

Not sure what all i need or if i am missing something.

Most likely I am really close to having it up and running. IF anyone streams and has xbox live and would be gracious enough to walk me through some things It would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking for the same thing in PS3. I also have the HD PVR so I'd suggest go test the following
- HD PVR (check)
- Console working (check)
- Download wirecast (probably a little pricey, but you can go trial version)
- VH Screen Capture

Basically, with VHSCapture you select the rectangle area from TotalMedia Extreme and create a virtual camera. This camera will be used for streaming. Then use wirecast to setup your streaming and connect to justin.tv or other service

Just got mine working last night.

I use wirecast, but if you're not interested in the layouts that it offers, then I found that the easiest way to get up and running the fastest was with Flash Media Live Encoder.

Thanks for posting, i got mine working as welll. Im just using xsplit. its a beta program that does what vhcap and FME do but in one program.. one click and ur streaming. pretty cool, If anyone needs some help with xsplit or the pvr i got it pretty much figured out after two weeks of playing with the settings and what not

Are you guys using the video/audio output on the HD PVR? Do you guys notice input lag?

My brother and I just had to quickly replace our BM Intensity Pro card for our stream, but I can't tell if the input lag is caused by splitting the video with the HD PVR or my HDTV.
