[Bug?] Unlocking the MK11 concept-art content broken?

(First I was trying to find a thread to fit this topic but i didnt found one)

So if I really love a game I like to unlock all but I feel the unlock system is broken in MK11.
I opened so many chests (see picture) and I spend so much in the shrine but no chance to get any more concept arts.
I own the game on PC since release and I start to get the feel that in the beginning maybe some "server sync" issues in the krypt could break this progress to me?
(just an idea, as I don't know)

Fighters: 40(!) missing
Stages: got them all
Story: 8 missing



I also kinda feel like no one can help me here, but maybe someone reads this ...
Someone else has this issue?

Not only this. I don't have a Shao Khn helmet for which I need a special item to trade with Kollector in the Krypt. That item would be found in the krypt, and I can't find for two years now. I think they need to reset the krypt, otherwise there may be no chance to get the locked content.

I just gave someone a tip on getting all gear in the game. (just not sure about "race against time" skins and KL gear)
I never needed any item for Kollector to get stuff, I think he is just one alternative way to get gear but that's it. (I got all gear for Shao Kahn 33/33 32/32 31/31)

Which characters do you actually have equipped with the default skin?

Basically as a way to determine which MK11 characters you felt had the best default stock redesigns for MK11, I'm curious to know which characters, if any, you still have equipped with the base starter skin in its original palette (ie. literally as they would be if you start a fresh new game...

I am sure you can also get those Jax Arms (or whatever item you search for) without any event.
You should get them by completing towers (+Brutal difficulty) and "grind" until you get it.
If this does not work, I am sure you can get it in the "Try your luck" tower you have to summon.
You get this tower-key after any other tower-key is used and finished.
(requires good augments to beat it tho, as no other items are allowed)

I gave up a year-ish ago.

It happens for me too. So many Krypt chests but no content, no costumes, no special augments, no gear.

I thought about a solution.
So in the gold-shrine you get 2 random gear items for 75k and for 100k you get one random skin.
(not the entire loot-table tho)

How about 50k gets you 2 random concept arts from the missing one you need?
This way everyone can get them all, no matter if some krypt chests "broke".

Just an idea
(I do not "just" want to collect them all but I also like to watch them all, cool stuff)

ps: skins, gear and augments can be all collected by playing towers

Sorry to drag this up but beats making a new thread...

Does anyone have the Cetrion skin 'Cautionary Tale' and the tendrils 'Butterfly Effects'? The former is apparently from spirit chests whilst the latter is reportedly a Kollector trade, but I've had the game since launch of PS4 and cleared out the Krypt a dozen times, these items are so far completely unobtainable.

Must quite literally be a bug, because you have literally the exact numbers of missing artwork as I do.

I'm not really fussed about the artwork, it's the unobtainable gear that's annoying me, but with us having the exact same art missing it's certainly convinced me that it's not just a case of being random stuff we've not unlocked yet, there is definitely stuff that's literally bugged and can't be obtained.
