Boon to give out Injustice Beta codes this weekend

We're all quite aware of the desire to play the Injustice 2 Online Beta. Not everyone has a code, but everyone wants one. You submitted 50 emails and got no codes? Well, you may be in luck... Ed Boon has recently tweeted saying that he will be giving out both PS4 & XB1 codes over the weekend. More details to come!

More details are to follow, so be sure to keep a close eye on Boon's twitter as to exactly how he will be giving them away!

i just finished playing the beta and its hard to find matchups plus for some reason its extremely laggy today. when i first played a few days ago it was smooth sailing now its a lag fest. hopefully they fix that soon. peace

I don't think that this is the last wave, and I don't think this counts as a wave at all either. Pretty sure this is just Ed Boon's giveaway. I mean, it hasn't even been 2 weeks since the Beta has launched. It would be really stupid to stop doing codes when there's still like almost 3 weeks left in the beta AND they have a ton of angry/frustrated fans currently.

Now if I'm wrong, and this is the last "wave", then that's really stupid and it would be an even worse way of handling the beta.

Watching Eds Twitter makes me realize just how much hype there is for this game. This is so far beyond MKX and Injustice 1.

The DC fan hype is real, people clamoring for some Injustice, maybe I'll "You gonna learn today!" some newbs this time around.

Although this do is pretty nice of him... how the fudge are we supposed to even have a chance of getting a code? People have already answered faster than I can press my F5 button, it's crazy. I thought I was fast but there were like 50 replies faster than I was in 20 seconds :(

And that's why I don't bother with these giveaways. I appreciate them trying to give out more codes, but honestly, for most of us it's just a waste of time. Unless you refresh the page exactly when he posts it, and somehow reply faster than the dozens of kids and teenagers who are hopped up on Redbull, there's no way you are getting one of those "handful of codes" he's giving out.
