Black Magic Design Intensity Pro: Is it worth the $200?

I've been looking into some streaming stuff and just wouldn't be satisfied unless I got an HD capture basically because I'm picky lol. I came across this and seems to look great on the videos I've seen but is it worth it and/or is there something else around the same price that is better/more reliable?

Looks decent, but I have no experience with it. Do you have USB 3 ports available? They're relatively new, I only have my work laptop which has a single USB3 port (the rest are 2.0).

Also, it has HDMI ports, but I didn't mention if it could record HDCP content, which I kinda doubt. So you'd probably have to do component anyway, which is fine, but you should just be aware.

I'd imagine it works similar to the Hauppauge I have, which means you'll need a PC connected to it to do the recording, so have a good computer. My laptop which is a few years old seems to work OK, but I have had the occasional problem which I think is memory / CPU related.
