General/Other Black Adams Leg Has Issues

Hey other BA's I know this is a small thing, but does anyone know how/why Black Adams Leg spasms/moves after he wins? It varies from character to character.

Basically, if you win a match with him and wait a bit, his leg teleports to another position.

Like Grundy for example, it moves far down:

Anyone notice other characters that also make him do this?
