Best CPU setting for training

Just wanting to know if anyone always trains with the dummy in a certain state. I for some reason always play training with the dummy doing safe rolls all the time just to see what they can't and can get out of whenever I do one of the long air combos off of a TKS.

I use tech roll and jumping. With auto block. I'll turn on wake ups if I'm working on punishes

Just fight Jade on Expert difficulty. She for some reason has the best AI imo
