Question beginner skarlett?

I just know some combos and her specials. But I don't know what to actually do with her. The forum is filled with all these posts, but is there a nice and tidy all together guide for combos, safe strings, best pokes, all that stuff? Im just running around with her like crazy throwing daggers and trying to combo and ex reddashing through projectiles to basically stand in their face.
