Batman multiverse up, no arms again!!

why the hell is batman the only character that doesnt have a full set of epic gear for his multiverse?? Arms are the hardest for me to get and of course no arms rewarded at all. Is there somewhere i can post an issues like this to the devs?

He had one early on in the game's lifespan that gives the infinite rap sheet mask.
