Batman: Arkham Knight Angry Interview E3 2014

Ok guys, I searched the Off-Topic discussion thread and couldn't find this.

However, I have a very important question. I always thought that the Arkham Knight was Batman but they said in the interview that they are two separate people.

What am I missing?
