Question B2 FB changing direction weird wiffy poop

Sometimes when i do the b2 fb combo when you use the backwards hitbox of b2 it goes all messed up and they like fall awkwardly and the 121 will wiff. Anybody know what causes this, like is it a timing or spacing issue. I have done this combo thousands of times and it just randomly does this sometimes, they like sort of get stuck on your head for a half second which makes me dun goof

Yea, it's the timing, definitely not random. Used to happen to me all the time. I think the trick is doing the b+2 immediately after you dash. I only use the reverse b+2 post reset now(unbreakable + leads to more damage meterless).
