I dunno tbh. It is -10 on block so fully combo punishable by a lot of the cast or the best thing that happens is that you simply have to respect your opponents pressure options. Plus you can fuzzy guard the mix-up between B23 and B21+2 (I think?) overhead. Maybe the occassional surprise tool but certainly not worth using it over and over...
Yeah it isn't hard to block low and then fuzzy guard the overhead on reaction, and the -10 is a deal breaker for me.
b2,1+2 is a solid footsies tool though thanks to it's range, it can make low pokes whiff, launches and is only -4 with good pushback.
