b12 is a low then mid string, but the mid will whiff on some crouching characters on block leading to a full combo punish unless your opponent is jailed from a j2.

b12 whiffs on

lobo
zod

21 is a mid,mid hitting string but the 2nd hit can whiffs on some crouching characters on block leading to a full combo punish but the 1 will always whiff off a crossover and at certain spacings vs all characters

21 whiffs on

f113 is a mid,mid,mid hitting string but the 2nd hit will whiff leading to a full combo punish on all crouching characters on block.

thanks to the upcoming patch 2u3 will now not whiff on any crouching opponent so ive removed the 2u3 whiff data.
after patch drops on oct1st ill update op to have any other whiff data that might remain,example 21,f113


but for now rejoice in 2u3 being fixed :D:D:D

i really don't get NRS's logic. They probaly just ignore the hitboxes and program the properties of the moves like abc is low, xyz is mid,... MK9 Nightwolf's F3 has hitbox of a low attack and they made it a mid lol. How the hell mid and overhead can whiff on crouching opponent lol? Don't forget in MK9 and old MK games, high attacks like fireballs can hit crouching opponents if they block but whiff if they only press Down lol.
