Armored Reversal Option Select

I was watching Pigs stream and he was talking about how you can option select armored reversals to interupt strings, kotal khan being the one pig said dies to this OS
How do i do this option select?
What are the inputs?

If you mean mashing out armor while blocking, then just start doing the input while blocking. Venomous D'vorah gets destroyed by this as well.
