Are Jago and Shadow Jago the same person?

Story wise, are Jago and Shadow Jago the same person?

Is Shadow Jago just Jago only corrupt? Or is he an entirely different entity.

I'm pretty damn sure they are technically the same entity. After all, Jago's storyline speaks of an evil spirit named Gargos trying to overcome his internal barriers and possess him. And they both look almost exactly alike.

In one of Jagos endings (bad ending I guess) it shows that he is transformed and a new entity is created

Not to mention that both of them has the same name......
