Anyway to change shortcuts?

Hello all,

Is there a way to change shortcuts keys. I can't seem to find anything on this. I'm trying to keep the controls to classic 6 button arcade fighting config. Which I almost have down. So 5 is block and 6 is kameo. 1+3 is throw. However, the game insists on not letting change the output for the fatal blow. It is very annoying. Any help or advice is appreciated am kinda new to arcade setup. Been on controller for a while now. Thanks

I feel that's a big oversight. Since fatal blows are a big part of the game. I didn't figure that would be a problem.
