I know its confusing but it worked on my other computer both are great laptops.
 
What kind of graphics card do you have? If it's an integrated graphics chip, chances are that the game doesn't support it.

Not sure if it integrated graphics but this is my video card details:



if I missed anything ask away. I don't really play many games on my PC but that one game didn't look like it could eat up a lot of memory. It wasn't like high end game I think. I even went here:

I read other forums about this game and people are saying it has to do with that openGL thing (which I have no clue how it operates.) I think it uses old methods of rending the game as opposed to direct 3D in today's age. So my specs are good but probably doesn't support openGL. Well now I have to play it from my desktop. I wanted to play it on my laptop.
