Anyone doing exact damage calculations?

As people have probably noticed by now, the health bar does not made up of 100 points, instead we are given percentages that are rounded up/down.

If I've missed another thread on this I apologise, but I'd like to try and get some proper numbers on the moves for the sake of refining combos and calculating scaling correctly.

I've been messing around with Noob and I've noticed that cr.:fk does 0.5% damage (it takes 200 to KO an opponent) and that :bk does 9.1% damage (11 will KO the opponent, and 10 + 18x cr.:fk will also KO the opponent.)

Also as a side note, I've noticed that scaling takes effect even if the opponent is able to block, but ops not to (which messed up a few of my calculations...)

I'm quite tired and I'm about to go to bed, so this may not be 100% accurate, but it seems that damage may go in 0.05% increments. I think Noob's jump in kick may be 7.05%
