Found something else. This only works on a very early anti air 1 jab in the corner:

1 NJP Kiss DK 21Cartwheel B21F2 112 MS for 45% gauranteed if you do f1 cartwheel afterwards and its blocked.

Not insanely practical atm but I'ma try to get it to work

Other than that you can try

1 Ms B2 B21Cartwheel 112 MS for 26%
1 1 B21Cartwheel 112 MS for 25%
1 1 31Cartwheel 112 MS for 24%

that is 35% if you do 5 1s i think
