From what I have heard that Leaked roster was from injustice 2 mobile game. Mobiles games aren't launched with all the characters from console game available from start. Yeah, that leaked roster list is true but there might be more chararcters in game.

That said, chances of animal man making it in are pretty low but man can dream.

I think I'd rather have Vixen represent the Red. She has the same power set essentially but is an overall cooler character. I'd definitely want her in more than Animal Man or even Beast Boy despite me being a huge Titans fan.

Vixen , beast boy and many other animal powered characters are somewhat connected to red but it's Just Buddy and his Daughter Maxine who interact The Red.

Buddy is also much more versatile than vixen and beast boy. He can combine the powers of multiple animals and even morph his body parts.
