I believe they're all punishable except Wonder Womans 223, I will do more testing tho

Atrocitus, Batman, Black Adam Black Manta, Brainiac, Captain Cold, Catwoman, Darkseid, Deadshot, Doctor Fate, Firestorm, The Flash, Green Arrow, Joker, Hellboy, Poison Ivy, Red Hood, Starfire, Sub-zero, Supergirl and Superman don't have any gaps you can parry... I don't think

It has 8f startup, this limits its use as a wake up and to disrespect plus frame like Joker or Batman can
