I think some of us don't know about this one, I just found it out myself. I see people mention several moves that have reversal options that also can wakeup but I was unaware that every Kameo(sorry Scorpion) has at least one wakeup option. I also see people question what the point of some of these moves are so here's a list. These moves have some frames of invincibility on getup(or reversal, I will list) where you cannot get hit or take damage.
Pretty much all of these moves are unsafe on block when done as a wakeup or reversal, some being dramatically worse on block than normal.
Darius: Twister Kicks (BK) - (-15 on block)
Sareena: Demonic Dance (DK) - Also Reversal (-15 on block)
Cyrax: Cyber Net (BK) - Knocks down on getup attack - (-11 on block, varies by range)
Kano: Eye Laser (K) - (Remains punishable on block)
Sonya: Leg Grab (BK) - Also Reversal, knocks down on getup/reversal attack - (-27 no difference)
Sektor: Flamethrower (FK) - (-15 on block)
Frost: Ice Krash (K) - (-20 on block)
Jax: Energy Wave (DK) - (-18 on block)
Stryker: Lethal Takedown AND Cop Bop (K and UK) - (Lethal Takedown is -17 on block, Cop Bop is -14)
Scorpion: Get Over Here (BK) has no invulnerable frames on getup frames so you can meaty them right out of it but it seems to have armor very early otherwise. Probably can be used as a wakeup quite often anyhow
Sub-Zero: Kold Shoulder (BK) - Also Reversal - (-21 on block)
Kung Lao: Spin (FK) - Also Reversal, doesn't combo on getup but does combo on reversal. (-20 or -15 reversal)
Shujinko: Kopy Kat (DFK) - (I think block frames are the same on getup)
Motaro: Tail Shot (FK) - (-18 on block, varies by range)
Goro: Punch Walk (BK) - (-18 on block)
