I have been working on running through Classic Arcade Battles without losing a match, using every character I play. So far, I've successfully done it with Frost, Black Adam, and most recently, Zod. The one thing I notice: The presence of Doomsday on the ladder ensures that at least two losses are headed my way. Holy shit.

Oh, i don't. It's just good practice for reflexes, whiff-punishing, and combo-execution. Obviously, the AI is inherently a terrible substitute for playing competent humans, precisely for the reason you provided.
