This is inaccurate.

Li Mei has some of the best practical damage in the game. She also has the best punish game of all the other characters; and unreactable 50/50s that lead to full combo.

right? li mei is actually up there. i wouldn't say tippy top tier, but you don't wanna catch those hands.

actually i just watched a youtube video of xombat and ninjakilla making a tier list, and they showed her the respect she's due.

but yeah, i won't say she doesn't have her flaws, but let her catch you pushing a button when you shouldn't be pushing a button and now you've got a problem.

I think the stats don't really work on a comparison level between characters. I think it's more about trying to get a handle on an individual character's strengths.
