Everyone knows Run cancels are A-Lists greatest asset, but no one has ever mentioned how dash cancels can be used. I've found out how they can be used in combos and for mixups. Check out the tutorial video i made, it comes with a combo video too.

i used a pad. i cant get around using a 5th button for block on a stick.

so these are all safe cancels to save stamina and feint pressure?

These are mainly for combos. an example is 1,2[1] Dash cancel, f2,3 is possible. So you can conserve stamina or continue a combo if you are at low stamina and can't run cancel. I have not fully tested if dash cancel on block is unsafe, but you will be at a frame disadvantage. Conditioning opponents into blocking your run cancels, than doing a dash cancel could give you a chance to save some stamina and keep up pressure.

Depends on the cancel, 4~dc is +5 on block, 114dc might be plus too im not sure about this one.
Mainly dc are usefull on hit to save stamina.
