Other stuff of note:
- New stage builder allows you to just DRAW on the tablet and your stage will look however you want. Add objects off menus.
- Triple the music of the 3ds
- 8 player smash
- Smash Tour mode where you take Mii's on a gameboard to collect characters and powerups. Attack other players etc. If you land on same tile you have to fight and you can steal their roster. Final area makes you fight a stock match with all bonuses equipped and each stock lost brings in the next character you collected to use.
- TOURNAMENT MODE WITH REPLAYS IS ON THE WAY!
- Using an Amiibo is like having a tamagotchi pet. Raise it and it gets better. Main takeaway is if you use them they give you a shitload of badges, equipment etc...probably a choice way to stock up.
- 2 player coop trophy rush, target smash, homerun derby, etc
- return of coin battle
- You can now play stamina matches where percent counts down like health in a normal fighter till you are KO-ed. This should be interesting...Smash Bros is a fighter confirmed lol.
- MUCH BIGGER STAGES for 8 player smash confirmed
- Ridley is a stage boss but if you hit him enough he sides with you and fights for you. He can turn into Mecha Ridley and if you KO him whether he is friend or Foe it counts as one of your KO's for the match.
- Skyworld stage flashed by...It went by too fast to tell if it was Kid Icarus, Zelda, or Metroid...still it looked cool.
- Return of Hyrule Temple Stage
- Amazing Palutena stage thats huge.
- A new stage with hazards that will instantly KO you if you are 100% or over. Massive and looks like a blast to play in.
- Master Core gets a new form...MASTER FORTRESS. Mo' fo turned into a whole stage full of monsters.
- Trophy viewer now has cases with themes...complete the theme for each case.
- SHITLOAD more trophies including special scene trophies of final smashes that looked nice.
- Voice chat confirmed OFF during matches to reduce lag by design/based Nintendo
- More fighters start out unlocked from the start in Wii U version.
- Miiverse stage where shit folks drew relating to your fighter floats by as you play...shenanigans!
- You can now draw on your snapshots and share these photos. Prepare for all the dicks ever.
- To replace Codex they now have Palutena and Pitt talking to each other for one of his taunts. If you played Kid Icarus Uprising you know how good the two were at Banter. This gon' be good. Also Slippy and the gang return to banter in Star Fox stages and we have a really good looking new one.
