312 xx ms jails enough for an F1 or overhead throw (on block).

You can also combo from 31 mid-screen:

- 31, 1, dash, 21 xx cartwheel, 1, dash 112 (I can't remember full damage combo from this).

For a while I was messing around with mixing between 31 and 312 for additional mixups, but the startup on it is very slow and the 1 whiffs without a JIP.

Could try things like: 31, 31, 312 xx (mixup).

On Hit: 312 xx MS 4
