2nd player cant play as DLC online?

This must have been discussed before but I can find it...For some reason the 2nd player cant pick dlc characters while playing online 2 player tag match. Is there a way to play kenshi/rain tag team=?

Somebody doesn't have all the compatibility packs. Simple as that.
*Wait, this is 1 player with a guest versus another with a guest?*

Yes this is 2 players on one machine, 1st player can pick dlc 2nd cant

Had this issue too, I own all the DLC.

Its just odd.
