Question - Kung Jin 221 + bf4 + njp bug?

I tried every starter but the 221 + bf4 + njp doesnt connect as a combo , is it a bug since the last patch? Worse : bf4 doesnt make any damage

PS : I play on PC

221 doesn't combo into bf4. I would just use 111 but if you need to do that string 22~bf4 connects. It's been this way since the beginning btw
