After F24 Johnny can preform a 121 dc to switch sides, after the sideswap he can follow up with 12 f3 x nut (strict) or d1 / d3 x nut for easier execution. The easiest way is ofcourse just to do a run cancel instead and follow up with 12 but dashing is more effective because you can do two cancel pressure after the swap, using run takes 1 stamina bar.
Unfortunately, dashing does not work against big characters because Johnny doesn't dash under, so you're forced to use a run.
