I would like to say it was fixed. Lol Dan Crow bar should have a huge Hitbox

After testing his new d2 should be about 12-13 frames
11f at best
Haven't been able to punish Joker's -12 super but i think you can
Window might just be really tight
Can punish his -14 sweep consistently though
