Micro ducking works great after being slightly negative. It's a easier read against characters that have slower mids. You can condition the opponent to go for a grab if you have a move that is slightly negative and a poke fast enough to either beat out their mid or at least trade with them...

@HikoSaint it’s a option select bc the game doesn’t allow you to special cancel a jump kick on block. There is no need for extra inputs.

Do you delay your input after ducking ? same thing happens with f1, I get df1 (parry) .

I want to pick up Kotal. I’ve noticed while practicing that I get a few input errors. For ex after ducking I try to do f2 but I get the special df2. I have input shortcuts On. Are there any Kotal players that play with input shortcuts On and don’t experience this?

You have to collect a lot of data in such a short time. It’s non stop problem solving.

I don’t play Nightwolf but I find it unrewarding and difficult to use command grabs on oki as well. Like you mentioned the opponents has so many options. Is the command grab a high or mid?

Is ground eruption not meant to be used in block strings? The only string I’ve found that jails into BOTH sparks is b3u4.

What are Warlock’s pros n cons? I want to pick up Shang as a secondary to deal with characters that use air projectiles

@Blade4693 Naps are underappreciated. It's good to know I'm not the only one taking them. @Mayz22 Take a few days off and then get back to playing. You will see the game from a different perspective. You might be cramming too much information at once.
