Should I wait?

Hey guys. I been a long time fan of Midway/NRS. I love MK9. I had to sadly miss out on MK10 due to money issues, school, and lack of a PS4. That situation has been handled for the most part. With that said, I also love Injustice. I really loved the first game and had playing it online and in tournaments. I was happy to hear about Injustice 2 being announce and seeing the characters and new artstyle. I am even hype for the DLC.(Please no Raiden). But there wasn't anyone for me for me to play compared to the first game.(I mained Raven.). So while I didn't hate what was going on, I didn't have no one to play. The closet was Cheetah and that's it. Now remember, how I was hype for the DLC? Well one of my favorite DLC characters is in fighter pack 1.(Starfire). That is someone I want to main. So with that said, should I wait for her to come out before getting the game? I am holding off now because I feel I would just being nothing besides being a casual for a couple of months until I can take the game serious.

What do you guys think?

Toys can't save you!
I would suggest maybe buying or renting the basic version. If you wanna compete in tournaments it might be a good idea to just get it and get used to the game enough that you're comfortable for when she comes out.

Nope, get in there man and get some XP to level up so that when your main does come out you'll be ready to go and warmed up. I'll probably end up switching too but you'll be gaining alot of character knowledge while you wait for her along with just getting used to the game as well.

I would say get it now. Even if you can't play as much as you would like currently, just getting the feel of it and getting the quirks out the way will benefit you in the long run. By the time you take it serious you won't have to learn things you'll learn your first couple of days.

Well if you have amazon Prime you can get Ultimate edition with all DLC for $85 which works out to $20 for all the DLC! If you wait you'll lose the chance on that price. not sure what the DLC cost will be but if its $15 per set than $45. Unless you get the game at $40 or less; or don't want all the DLC buying now on Prime is best deal. You can get a trial for Prime to get deal too.

Deal is live for two weeks after release only!!!!!
