Predict the next set of top tiers

If the command grab is all Cryomancer gets there is no way he would be top tier. He would be pretty good, but getting out of the dumpster doesn't make you top tier lol.

He would still have Sub-Zero's lackluster normals with no ice Klone to compensate for it IF the command grab is the only change to him.

Tempest Lao could go up considering this doesn't affect him much (unless he gets some nerfs exclusive to him )

I'll take a shot in the dark using the most common assumptions:

- 50 50 nerfs
- disjointed hitbox nerfs
- armour launcher nerfs
- run cancel nerfs

I'd probably say Grandmaster, Lao, Covert Ops
