"What if" injustice allowed you to create a character?

Alright, just for fun, if you could create a character using 4 specials, 1 trait, 1 super, 5 combo strings, and 3 jump ins what would you use?
Of the top of my head, mine would be...

Specials: black adam's dive kick
Superman's heat vision
Ravens soul crush
Scorpion's hell fire
Jump ins:

This is probably flawed in so many ways.

Honestly my character would still be bane, only his charge would be scorp's tele where he runs off one side of the screen and comes out on the other. I'd just change the frames.

Shazams command throw instead of her own.
Batman's trait.
Scorpions J3
Scorpions Hellfire instead of her pop pop.
Scorpions teleport instead of her angled projectile. Maybe have GA's super to go with that; might be fun.
Then replace her 123 string for KF's U33 for better combo potential.

Then make her a power character and were good to rape. ^_^

Her zoning could be better but now she would be an anti zoner / rushdown character and no one would stand a chance.

Why wasn't he super mega ultra S++++ tier? ie. why did he win more tournaments? From the look of it, he's pretty unstoppable.

I'd give a Green Arrow Clone Raven's telekinetic drag move so that folks wouldn't push out of his midscreen combos anymore and I'd give him Batgirl's teleport for easy arrow loads. Damage takes care of itself at that point along with mixups.

I'd make a burnt guy that is till living on some kinda futuristic, very high tech respirator, and because of this respirator he'd kinda have robotish voice.
hook swords are tight, so he'd have two hook swords as weapons. on top of the hook swords, he'd be able to shoot air blast, have a buzzsaw and run really fast.

I think he'd be somewhere between low and mid tier.
