your last point was invalid because the infinite was not known for long and NRS could not patch whenever they wanted to on their first actually competitive title. Thats the same as nerfing adams divekick at the 4th patch and saying they shouldve done it from the first.

disrespecting his opinion? if that's what you want to call it lol. also 99% of pros just mess around? certainly......., also my last post was used to point out that it stayed for longer than it should have. Also NRS "knew" he had a dash cancel before releasing mk9, they just never got rid of it, instead they just kept it, so actually yeah they could've fixed it. I'll give you an example of the irony i was attacking, imagine if REO was crying for kenshi to get nerfed when he mains kabal? tell me that doesn't sound jacked up, because it would if he did that. I never said all players aren't free to speak their mind, so don't put words in my mouth and there is a reason my post got likes........ just saying.

Because it was poorly programmed in the first place. On the other hand, NRS went out of their way to nerf a move that contradicts a character's gameplan, does next to nothing on hit other than being a safe option, and is now no longer that, a safe option.

So yeah, that's why NRS hasn't gotten around to fixing MBLB.

My understanding is that this game is constantly tracking data. What characters are winning, what moves are used most, etc. If that's the case, they aren't listening to complaints, but data is showing Scorpion is winning and using teleport a ton. This would be much more objective than than playing theory fighter. If something seems broken, it might be less prevalent than we think. We don't have their data.

Lol, I really do think people need to level up a bit in this MU. Sure her 50-50 is the most powerful thing maybe in the entire game... but even though I main Frost, even when I play against KF with other characters it doesn't bother me that much. Yes when you get yourself caught in the 50-50 guessing game it does suck. Don't get touched bro, signed Cyrax.

The point is that if your spacing sucks and you are letting her get in the range she wants to be in where you can't react to a slide you are screwed.

except NRS didnt even know their own frame data... and hadnt tested their own characters besides a couple of testers a week before release lol... how do you know what they could and couldnt have fixed when all the information about what nrs knew came from testers and they themselves proved NRS had no fucking clue about frame data?

so what if REO did cry about kenshi? would the arguements hed make against him count less than the arguements of a cage player? a subzero player? a jade player?

lol likes. were saying how legit an arguement is by likes?

I'm fine in the MU, I have a KF here that I had never lost to in tourny until just this past weekend, but my problem with the character isn't the mixup itself, but the fact that she takes no risk doing it at all.

I honestly think this is 100 % correct. Even with NRS's nerf heavy hand, I don't think we've ever seen them nerf a move so quickly unless it was an infinite.

yep likes, and you still aren't comprehending what i'm saying, but hey guess i should have worded my post differently. Also i remember 16 bit telling me that GGA moe3wow(however you spell that haha), saw the dash cancel when the game was being tested and he said "take that out the game now" lol that isn't a sign of how broken it looked right? I just told my bro the same thing about a "batman" calling someone broke and he just shook his head in disgust, must i tell someone else in person for you to get what i meant? I hope not. You can defend the post he made, still doesn't change the fact that it is ironic, and who's to say a character is broken after a few days? no one is able to make a judgement like that after a few days. But since i heard that the only bad change for scorpion is his flip kick, he'll still be fine :) let the crying continue.

Think a bit and you will find the answer! It is like MK. You use the tele in combos or to go for 50/50 reset. It was broken before. The only thing I don't like is the change on the flip kick on block. That should stay unchanged.

Yeah, the unfortunate part about her character design is that if you change that you will ruin the character. Not downplaying just being totally honest. She has no strong normal to get in and play footsies with and her f3 is already negative on block where a lot are + I believe. Her 50-50 game is her ultimate strength in this game and taking that away could be a problem.

Some people call for a reduction in the slide's range as a nerf, which I could on one hand see making sense. On the other hand I worry about it actually being more of a buff (unless recovery time is also nerfed). If the range is reduced it makes the range you play her at decrease, and also reduces the distance you can be at to react to the slide and perform a jump back combo punish. If you continued to play her at the same range now the jump back might not hit where you will be sitting pretty to eat another slide. That could be one possible reason that the slide has such long range to begin with.

Just rambling...
