Catwoman and Joker. Honestly Harley is slightly overrated as she has no overheads that you can't react to and is only a decent spacer, the only strong thing imo she has is her okis and wall game, but of course you have to get them to the wall which will be hard. If harley was used more she would be close to Banes level.

I voted DS for fun, but realistically speaking, i'd say flash. He has some real good stuff, he just isn't super easy to pick up like GL or Supes. I feel that if someone exploits his tools properly, he'll be a force to be reckoned with.
