More Character Skins Coming Soon to Injustice: Gods Among Us! (Updated!)

Last Thursday we saw the first glimpse of the upcoming new DLC skin for the Joker in the recent Batgirl game-play reveal many could refer to as the "Killing Joke" skin. In this skin the Joker is in pure tourist attire as portrayed in the comic "The Killing Joke" that was a one-shot graphic novel where the comic concluded with the paralysis of Barbara Gordon a.k.a. Batgirl, caused by the Joker shooting her.

The InjusticeGame facebook recently updated with this image as purely a teaser for what else is to come this week? That is correct as the facebook page read,

"Last week you saw the Tourist Joker skin battling against Batgirl.

There are two more costumes in The Killing Joke skin pack, along with a surprise skin pack we’ll be showing you this week.

Any guesses?"

I think these are the only characters who don't have another skin yet: Ares, Black Adam, Doomsday, Hawkgirl, Killer Frost, and Sinestro.

I'd guess that a skin would be revealed for at least one of them this week. I believe there was a "Classic Doomsday" floating around somewhere?

Not that I know of. Still speculation, but if they're gonna show off both skin packs this week, then odds are they'll be out next week with her.

So six more costumes to be revealed in the next week (2 more for the Killing Joke pack, 3 for the mystery pack, and 1 for Batgirl's compatibility).

I have no idea what else they could stick in the Killing Joke pack besides the blue & grey Batman outfit (though that would be Batman's 8th costume). Unless they give Joker multiple skins in this pack. Or include characters that weren't in the Killing Joke like with the Red Son pack.

I'm going to guess that the mystery pack is either headlined by Superman or Green Lantern (and if it's Green Lantern, hopefully it's a character-swap to John Stewart or something). They're probably the biggest names that weren't in Lobo's batch, so I could see one of them being used to hook the general populace. Not sure what the theme of the pack would be though.

I think the "surprise" pack is going to be alternate character costumes. It makes sense that they wouldn't name it so they don't give it away. Keeping my fingers crossed for John Stewart skin

The surprises are long heared Hector Sanchez and Ed Boon´s brand new eyebrows. This will be the "hairdresser pack" and free for Season Pack "owneds"

I don't know. I am a little tired of these "surprises". I kind of just wish they would show the skins so that I can decide whether or not to buy them. The anticipation and hype are good... but it is irritable. :16Bit

Well you got your wish because the "surprise" skin pack is the batman pack. It includes Adam West Batman, Bruce Wayne, and TDK Returns Batman. Just so Batman can get enough skins though, they revealed the other two Killing Joke Pack costumes as TAS Batman and Earth One Batman.

Killing Joke Joker (as seen above)
Classic Batman (Blue Cape and Cowl because it's badass)
Robin skin for Nightwing. (Joker killed Robin. Not in the same novel mind you, but it still fits)
