Every character has a projectile in some fashion first off

Make it where: If you get hit for trying to go for an interactable then you should be punished for the same amount of damage it would have taken on your opponent and this changes everything

I came up with this idea using by using Sinestro and using my trait shot for anytime i see anyone go for any interactables to blow them up for trying but the issue here is i would have taken 16%-20% on hit where as i believe they take somewhere near 5% now and some do absolutely Z E R O extra for me stopping them?

Im not sure what to do about the InjusticePig - He might need to stay the same :)

What happens if an air exchange occurs while over an interactable? I think characters like Sinestro and Deathstroke have an easier time saying no to people going for interactables than say... Grundy or Lobo - specially from further away.

On the colision in the air the damage is sustained by the one who went for the interactable

I have no issues dealing w interactables cause I use DS and sinestro but as a whole lot of character could benefit from this and definitely puts more of a risk/reward tag on it because honestly some interactable usage without the burden of a threat for being punished is whack

Got it.. So the one reaching for the interactable - let's say tv in Arkham and gets stuffed (bullet or foot) that person takes the interactable damage direct.. Not a "in the area if an interactable"

Funny, since interactables explode if you get stuffed, and since you can MB on interactables, I guess I assumed the damage taken was more than just- say a J2... Silly me for assuming...
I'm down with that :)

I do find it extremely annoying when I know someone is going to go for an interactable so I knock them out of it for 2-5% then they get up and throw it anyways for 18-22% for no real risk.

unless she throws the whip at them, it's not.

No, technically a whip is a projectile. Anything that is ranged is a projectile. Bullet, knife (that's thrown), harpoon, garbage can, etc. Anything that kinetic energy is used to propel can be a projectile.

A whip is just a wired projectile.

You are correct, I had forgotten about those. Monkeys use poop projectiles.

Being that all characters don't have projectiles... How would...

If struck by projectile while reaching for air interactable- reacher takes 50% of damage that interactable would have caused if successful.

If struck by jumping/normal move while reaching for air interactable- reacher takes 100% of damage that interactable would have caused if successful.

I think that in close quarters, getting smacked and punished for going for ground based interactables (see: Bat signal, Dumpster) is punishment enough.. No additional damage taken.

Bane, Catwoman or Doomsday, what's the input for their projectiles? I think they forgot to add them to the movelist.
Doomsday is df2
Bane is his charge w venom armor or his air launch move
Catwoman is ji whip

Nice try being a smart ass and really helping us move forward

What would think if when you jumped up and hit the other guy if it divided up the damage 50/50 on certain interactables like ones that explode? Like a trade.

This would only happen on TVs, robots, etc.
Why should the person who successfully stuffed the other be punished for being successful?
