It could happen. I don't honestly buy Scorpion's inclusion in this game yet, and believe that it could potentially just be MMH with troll code written on him n stuff. Shitty theory time:

they knew people were going to crack open the disc, and wrote MMH's code as scorpion so people wouldn't see he'd be in the game or something. Season pass comes, 4th dlc revealed to be MMH, everyone's happy and surprised and omg nrs da bes againz.

well I said my theory is shitty because "why just write fake labels for the coding of one character and not all to make sure no one is leaked." Unless they were alright with the public knowing about 2 very disappointing character choices (the popular opinion) and 1 godlike choice masked as something else...which seems stupid.
