Petition to ban the ferris airfield stage (Glitch)

Something similar is the bike on the wayne manor stage.
It can cause the camera to bug out and randomly turn away ever 5 seconds or so, its really weird.

Never happened to me personally.

I think brady mentioned it can also happen with the piano in the same stage.

Has anyone been able to get video of this? And does the image stay on the screen the whole time? Or does it just fly through the foreground, but cover everything up like the cars in Streets in MK9?

To add onto this, if someone DOES get video: please make sure that you include proof that the glitch was replicated on the new version of the game that was just made available yesterday.

I don't think people realize that the ban would apply only to tournaments not online or by NRS..so why would people who have never been to a tourny even make a comment

Ban until fixed. It would be nice if we could find out if its ps3 only or not and only ban it on affecting consoles. Also it doesn't matter the frequency , once that shows up the match has to be re-run.

I have had this happen to me on PS3. I do not know if it happens on 360. (I don't own that version)

I think people have had "stop crying and adapt" shoved down their throats so much on these forums that they can't differentiate a legitimate complaint from a shallow one.
Not saying that "stop crying and adapt" isn't a valid response in some cases, but people spout it too often to make themselves feel like better players.

I played a game against Qwark today and for about 5 seconds I didn't see absolutely anything because an object totally obscured the screen...Fenris should be banned from tournament play, no doubt

Also there has always been stages in NRS games that have had distracting backgrounds that get in the way, like the Street in MK9 where cars just drove out infront of players covering alot, but My game was not put off, only the first couple of times It happened to me.

Uh the street was banned bc of that car, just fyi.

I've played local tournaments. Just because you've probably never heard of me (also go by swordiris) doesn't mean I don't play competitively.

As a minor I clearly have no liberty to travel outside of where I live.

Adapt to bugs as well. The bug isn't game breaking.

Tournament players ban stupid things too. Like the street in MK9 and the items in SSB.

If something is on a pattern/timer, then I'm fine with it. If the cars in MK9 drive by in a pattern. I don't see a reason, you can just level up and memorize the patterns, and use the slight distraction to your advantage.


But if they are RANDOM I'm against it. You can't adapt to something that's completely random.


Items in SSB Are completely random, would you want to put down thousands of dollars on the line and lose because your opponent knocked you off and while you were recovering his ass picked up a heart container?

Atleast RANDALL the cloud on yoshi's story is on a set path, and if you memorize the times on the clock when he comes out of the stage, you can ALWAYS know his location and ADAPT.

im sure by now it has been established that this is a bug and must be patched out or banned in play.

i feel like TYM needs reform. i dont feel like this is really the competitive resource that it was for MK. but i was not here for the first weeks of MK so i dunno if the fools get weeded out. im probably over reacting. but damn the collective IQ has dropped lately.
