Batman will always remain top five as long as he can continuously stock one bat, wait for other to recharge, rinse and repeat. His trait is the best in the game for that tactic alone - infinite supply of bats.

I feel however, that Superman will become number one when the game is fleshed out more. I believe he will have the least mis-matches out of anyone, or possibly none.

True. Good point about supes Reo, esp with the trait. I actually havent used supes at all in the lab yet. Just enough to learn is movestrings to better block his mixups better. However I do know that supes trait can shut down other peoples defensive traits like doomsday, makes that shield go boom xD.
