I highly doubt they would have the dlc characters names in the Ini.

But if it is true, it would seem that the dlc characters also have no alternate costumes.

I don't want scorpion but this is not because there is 1 DLC char from mk9 that it will be a mkvsdc game guys .. and I also remind you that NRS likes to troll the last DLC. Mk9 was mkvsFreddy (so I'm expecting something out of DC for the last one anyway). :/

Powergirl originally won the DLC poll, however, WB could have forced NRS to put in Zod because of the new movie, and Powergirl and Zod would be kinda silly, so the runner up was Batgirl.

They talked a lot about not putting in a MK character though, like they seemed really against it.

It sounds like a big swerve to me. No solid hints to these characters aside from Lobo, it overlaps too much that is already in the game and there is more potential with just DC characters instead of adding MK.

I want to see some kind of verification that this .ini exists in the first place before I bother denouncing it as some kind of elaborate meta-troll by NRS, like the Fujin red herrings. I can't imagine pirates wouldn't have been blown this up way earlier if it were true.

We've seen rumors now claiming to be credible for MMH, Atrocitus, Batgirl, Scorpion, Zod, Power Girl, Poison Ivy, Black Canary, and probably a couple more I'm forgetting. There's just simply no god damned way all of these character make the cut. In this case, the idea of potentially three characters getting in all with a grappling hook of some kind, a superman clone who isn't power girl, and more importantly no MMH, is just too self-evidently ridiculous to accept without a mountain of overwhelming proof.

I'm going to believe MMM is in due to his season pass silhouette before NRS puts their foot in their mouth with a Scorpion dlc.

I'm not going to lie; I wasn't going to buy Injustice (demo did nothing for me), but if they put Zod in, I may buckle.

Zod would make sense too, given that he's going to be in the new Superman movie coming up.

Zod is kryptonian and has the same powers as Superman
Scorpion is from Mortal Kombat lol
none of them will be in this game
