Injustice Release Party Tournament at YesterCades - Red Bank, NJ "Which date do you prefer?"

As we mentioned before that there will be a release party tournament for Injustice at YesterCades in Red Bank, NJ - held by UltraSpec Cables X Kombat Network. There be a dilemma though and that is which date to run the event. Would you prefer it to be fresh off the shelves and held on that following Saturday, the 20th or the next Saturday on the 27th? If it's held on the 27th, it was obviously allow more time for players to learn the game. On the other hand, we can also take it while it's hot and run it just days after and see who's got the skills.

Well, if this is a party to celebrate the release of the game, then it'd make more sense to have it on Saturday, April 20th.

If it's just a tournament for Injustice, then the following Saturday.

To clarify, it's a tournament. The metro area release party is slated for Tuesday, the release day, at TGE for a VSM event/party. This is specifically going to be a tournament for the game and I am looking to get as many as 100 players. The problem is, do players want to have more time to prepare for it, or hit up a tournament for it asap? 4 days, or 11 days. I'd like to see a few dozen votes before I make a decision. I would plan to have at least 1 setup for every 8 players.

Run that shit a.s.a.p.! People will be thirsty for fresh views to see how/what people are doing! There will be plenty of streams running so you guys should blow it up first! Not to mention 5 days is enough to grasp the mechanics and test the characters you have choosen. I for one will watch that sh!t for sure, and KH is going to be doing a stream soon after the release. I also remember the first tourny held for MK9 when J. Wong was there and Chris G was showing off his reptile made me want to pick him up. It would help the whole community to help them see who is capable of what before all these new techs are found and top tier is awarded in the first month. LOL! So in short please do it! Over!

Gonna say hold it on the 20th. If you hold it then you can draw some attention to your venue by streaming and showing off a much anticipated game in tourney form right out the gates. Many people will be wanting to watch streams as soon as this hits so if you are gonna do it then do it as one of the first and get people to remember their first experience being brought to them by your venue.

People who feel that toking up on 4/20 is more important than anything else need to grow the fuck up.

More the reason to hold it on the 20th and have it be a gentlemen's tournament. Or at least make the pot heads go outside and not ruin the bathroom like the last few times.
