<3I'll try to get some more phone footage in the brackets, today.
I don't like the way you say the UK guys "failed" at EVO , it comes out distrispectful , getting top 32 is no easy task mind you and Madzin hasn't been through what they went through.will he fail like the "uk boys" @ evo?

Didn't Foxy get top 16?I don't like the way you say the UK guys "failed" at EVO , it comes out distrispectful , getting top 32 is no easy task mind you and Madzin hasn't been through what they went through.
That said Dizzy's Cage is no easy task , it can go either way if Madzin doesn't panic.
IIRC Foxy got top 16 and Mustard top 32Didn't Foxy get top 16?
Really no one should be surprised at this.. If you watched him play in the online tourney and make all those reads/setups, you'd have have to be crazy to say that all of his skills came from lag and netcode. He seems legit offline.
It's just that everyone was saying he was jumping way too much, and that he was getting away with a lot of things because of the lag. But he's proving otherwise so far, but I can't jump the gun just yet. It was his first match, so we have to see how his other matches go.Really no one should be surprised at this.. That sounds about right lol. PL thinks Cyrax is the best character in the game because of resets. Also, theres a schedule around here somewhere. I'll edit my post when I find it.While PL was playing casuals against a Cyrax player, and I'm paraphrasing here, I overheard him say that he didn't like Cyrax because it only takes "one read" to get things going. (PL's more than welcome to correct me if I've misquoted him).
http://www.majorleaguegaming.com/competitions/48#event_131_event-scheduleI know I'm probably missing an easy target, but does anyone have a link to the MK schedule for today? Last night, the boards at the event showed 4pm Central, and they showed Winners/Losers times, but I can't find that list on MLG's site; it's only showing that a Winners bracket was done at 12:30am, today.
By the way, I talked with Madzin for a bit last night, and he's a nice kid. His AAs on reaction are nice, and his match with Dizzy could be interesting.
It was fun watching Pig go off after his match with Big D, who was *pissed* when he lost. That said, D has a nice KL, and the juggling reminded me of his NW; I bet he does well in Losers. Reo and Maxter were doing casuals with Kabal/Cyrax for a good half-hour or so, and those were fun.

All in all, last night was good stuff, and I can't wait to get back up there for the rest! As I said in my previous post, I'll do the best I can to get more vids...
No problemThanks, Rampage!
People were making excuses, but if you watch him you'll notice that he usually times his jumps very well; often to anti-air or when the opponent is advancing/attacking. He's not just randomly jip-happy in 'typical online' fashion. It's just that everyone was saying he was jumping way too much, and that he was getting away with a lot of things because of the lag. But he's proving otherwise so far, but I can't jump the gun just yet. It was his first match, so we have to see how his other matches go.
seriously dude dont bother, mapusa is known for trashing on others when she wouldnt even get top 100I don't like the way you say the UK guys "failed" at EVO , it comes out distrispectful , getting top 32 is no easy task mind you and Madzin hasn't been through what they went through.
