Proposed rule set for Tournaments

Where art thou, MKX Skarlet?
With all the debate on glitches, exploits, resets, etc. flying around I propose a new set of allowed characters for tournaments:

Scorpion
Johnny Cage
Sub Zero
Kano
Liu Kang
Sonya Blade

This is the Mortal Kombat 1 roster minus Raiden. No glitches, no bugs...only good old fashioned skill.

If a player double flawless' another on The Pit and does the stage Fatality, character lock no longer applies during that set and the winner can choose Reptile (they must use MK1 costume).

If the winner chooses Reptile (MK 1 costume), they should be restricted to the Pit Bottom stage.

The point is to not have glitch characters or exploits. Jax and Smoke don't fit the bill.

This is how I would see the tier list
S+ - Sonya (only really good character here)
S - Sub Zero (No bad match ups here and we all no that's why he's isn't too good)
Jonny Cage (Also no bad matchups except sub)
A - Liu Kang (Pretty good character, best one left)
C - Scorpion (Crap character with two 3-7s here, yet still better than Kano)
F - Kano (Still shitty as always)
