If there are enough people, tournament will start at 8pm. I've talked to HAV on SRK and he says he isn't against the idea of streaming MK9 finals, so come out if you can!

Next time I come down... I will have a complete setup. Last night was kinda bogus... and yes, I'm saying that for the "MK" guys.

All I need is an ASUS monitor... it might not be before ECT, but definitely after. Although I am trying to get one to bring to ECT too.

But yes, vggs last night. IBC ROOT BEER FTW! :D lol

we should run casuals or tourneys at someones house sometime. sorry i couldnt make it down last night but i watched the interview of sw sounds like you guys had fun

Hey I'm in Southern MD I can make it out to tourneys out here so if anybody goes to xanadu let me know here or on XBL and I'll try to make it out esp on wednesday nights i have off during the summer. I know a lot people aren't into MK out here but I want the scene to grow so let me know I have sticks I can help a little with setups or w/e. peace.

This coming Wednesday... a slight chance I will be there. I'll keep you guys posted.

Some other week then I guess. Thanks for the response. I assume no one else brings a setup for it there and from what I've gathered (like on the SRK thread) there isn't an MK setup by default.

I've considered bringing a setup myself, but I'm not 100% comfortable with it yet since I haven't been and not super interested in playing any other games seriously at the moment.

The next time I go down I will be sure to post and keep you all updated and I also plan to have my own setup by then as well. The last time I went, we should've actually had two set-ups but "the MK guys got screwed", no lie.

And no, it is very likely that if you do not bring your own setup that there will be no MK. Xanadu is primarily SSFIV AE and MvC3 currently.

Some of the other guys might be up for it this Wednesday but as far as I'm concerned... I most likely won;t be down this week.

Things could change though... I'll have to get back to you guys

So you guys Meet weekly? Biweekly? How Is the Mk community there on Baltimore? I see you goin to evo right? I guess next time, I would like to meet you (No Homo) :)

There is a tournament happening on August 20th, at George Mason University: Summer Crowns and Beatdowns. Come out and support the scene! Get to meet your fellow players from neighboring areas! Tom Brady will be there as well, for those of you who are interested in meeting him.

There's a thread in the tournament section, but I can't link to it right now since I'm using tapatalk. Check it out and post up if you're coming down!

Fyi, I will have my own ASUS monitors soon.. therefore, guaranteed MK station at Xanadu when I can attend.

were abouts in md i to am a SMIB and id love to support the cause...maybe we hook up and go to these things..unless you some kind of weirdo lol just playin

Does anyone think they can give me a ride starting in September? I go to UMBC which I mapquested is 10 minutes away from this place. I don't have a car but I really want to help create a MK scene in Baltimore
