i dont necessarily agree with the missile kick since its just a good ender (or wakeup atk) that doesnt go into anything big. i guess since its got armor it just makes his wall carry game that much stronger.

also that portal tech is stupid awesome. id like to see it in tournament play to see if it works.

IMO what kept Liu from being S tier was the fact that you can zone him out for days with you had a good projectile. Now at least if he has bar he can tag you with EX flying kick to keep you honest. It gives them one more thing to think about.

i actually like that then. but it still goes into a KD and we know that can be scary in MK9.

in other news, I'm trying to get some Top Mk players to come to Titans 3. I spoke with Check at CEO about it and he said he was down for coming to Titans 3. I working on getting PerfectLegend and Michaelangelo to come as well.

The following tier list was created by REO. I don't agree with Cage and Nightwolf being in a tier by themselves but I do agree they are the top 2 characters right now.


S+ Tier: (in no particular order)

S Tier: (in no particular order)

Alright guys, so I just received this message from a gentleman named "minilabs2020":

"I would like to gather all of the MK9 Dade & Broward County competitive players to come to my place for playtesting, practice & strategy talk. I also have a friend named Jeff who owns this place thats 5 minutes away from my house called "Flippers" heres the link to the site http:// www.flippers360.com/CM5/index.php/flippers360/ He's agreed to let me use his place for free if I can get over 8 people (I plan on having EVERYONE on this forum showup. It has about 30 T.V.'s & about 28 Xbox 360's (I'm aware the majority of tournament players use the Playstation 3's d-pad but I have mods for that). At my house I have 2 "46 T.V.'s in the living room we could just group up in there & do our playtesting, practicing & strategizing there also; I'm willing to invest in all my competitive guests hunger needs! No need to donate I'll have all snacks & drinks readily available. Please call or text me back at 954-665-1138 my names Isaac. CALL OR TEXT ANYTIME!"

Need to know who's down for coming to weekly tournies either at his house or Flippers, what day you would think is best, and also names and phone numbers. PM me your info guys. Let's get this scene goin :)

That's cool that it's by Flippers. I used to go there all the time back when it was a dollar theater too. They used to have Street Fighter: The movie arcade game haha

We will test that tonight at Wonder Chef's house. I'm pretty sure invincible wake-ups should beat this, such as:

Raiden's teleport and ex superman
Cage's EX Shadow Kick or regular (EX being better)
NW's dash/EX dash

You get the idea. Will find out tonight!

I wish I still lived in miami. I should be coming down to visit soon. And hopefully we can get some casuals while im down there

I got that same message. Count me in for the Flippers group! Man I really wanna invest in some stream equipment and get a channel on JTV started, idk just for casuals and tournaments we throw down here.

Oh btw Jose. I got my 360 working so I won't be playing MK on the PS3 anymore lol. I know I've added you on like 3 separate names so far, but I try adding you on XBL but your friend's list was full. Free that shit up so you can body me with Baraka so more lol.
