What universe would you like to see become a fighting game?

I really like MK and am a big fan of Injustice. Since Injustice is the DC Universe, what other universe would you like to see adapted into a fighting game? Preferably, a smaller universe that is not as well known would be a good choice. For me, it would the Hellboy universe. Hellboy worked as a character in Injustice 2 and I think bringing in other characters from his universe together into a game would be a lot of fun. Here is a hypothetical roster list. I would give each character a trait similar to Injustice.

Heroes
  1. Hellboy - Trait = he grows his crown of fire and gets a damage boost
  2. Abe Sapien - Trait = a boost to his aquatic abilties
  3. Liz Sherman - Trait = a boost to her pyrokinesis
  4. Roger the Homunculus - Trait = defense boost to body since he is a construct
  5. Lobster Johnson - Trait = gets extra gadgets boosts
  6. Ben Daimio - Trait = turns into a were-jaguar for a time
  7. Kate Corrigan - Trait = gets different kinds of supernatural bullets
  8. Johann Krauss - Trait = uses his ghost body to teleport
  9. Alice Monaghan - Trait = uses her psychic abilities
  10. Professor Bruttenholm - Trait = uses supernatural rosary for effects
Villians
  1. Rasputin - Trait = gets use of portal spells
  2. Karl Ruprecht Kroenen - Trait = turns his chest clock to get a speed boost
  3. The Baba Yaga - Trait = uses a staff to cast soul stealing spells
  4. Herman von Klempt - Trait = shoots lasers from his robotic body
  5. Ilsa Haupstein - Trait = uses a demonic totem to cast curses
  6. Hecate - Trait = shapeshifts with into her tailed form for attacks
  7. Nimue - Trait = uses blood to form weapons
  8. Vladimir Giurescu - Trait = Uses his vampiric abilities to take no damage
  9. Gruagach - Trait = takes possession of Grom the Formorian Giant for a time
  10. Astaroth - Trait = calls upon other demons for help
What would your roster be? What kind of character would they be? Would they have a trait? I would like to see what universes people would like to see made into a game.

I’ve always wanted a really good Naruto game, but if the criteria is smaller or lesser known franchises it makes it harder for me to pick — but if I could have the power to adapt anything into a fighting game, i would probably either pick the Overwatch Universe (i just love the characters so much) or the aforementioned Naruto (shippuden to be more specific)

i think though, if it were up to me, the gameplay would mirror MK11 but with less krushing blows and more combos, and with more online modes that encourage interactivity with other players

quick roster: 10 heroes, 10 villains, 5 flippers between hero and Villain

all characters have long combos, but are unique in the sense that they are either more full screen zoner, mid range with good pokes but medium damage, and high risk high reward up close. I would have one or two all rounders (Naruto and sasuke) to represent these traits.

every character has something similar to soul charge in soul Calibur 6, and super moves as well.

fun to think about!

It would be hilariously blasphemous to make a fighting game with religious figures and politicians (past and present).
I'm not trolling. I have a certain southpark episode in mind while typing this...

Any Cgae player - wack hitbox character
m2dave - release him 2 weeks before the game
REO - the elder god of the story mode
McFly - the hat dude
Cherny - Kollektor renamed
invincible salads - make him broken, he won't be able to take a game anyway
NPC - the new main villain fo the game

I can't remember the names of the shows.
There were Motor cycling rats, bipedal dinosaurs and sharks.
Also the movie with monsters and soldiers.

This ain’t ever gonna happen but I’d love to see Xena or Buffy in an NRS game someday.

Yeah and she’s WB property! I think they wanna reboot it, not sure if it’s gonna go through. The Xena reboot idea was axed.

I liked GoT, not a superfan, but I think it would make an awesome Samsho-style weapon fighter. Melisandre top tier zoner lol

That's a wild mashup, but one I would personally be a sucker for.

The He-man thing would have sounded silly to me before that post a year or so back. I'd probably support it now.

I've wanted a pure Marvel game for a long time. Has seemed like Capcom has been incapable of not stroking their own ego when making a fighter for as long as I can remember.

If Dragon ball fighterz was Fairy Tale themed I would have been interested.

We probably have enough fighters these days. I can't keep up with them now, and I don't do much else. Woe to those with a life.

I'd like a fighting game based on Heavy Metal mascots / characters, such as Eddie from Iron Maiden, Rattlehead of Megadeth and so on.

It'd be a fast paced fighter for sure, Guilty Gear style but air dash ain't universal.
