I don't think the second one works, just because it's black letters on a black background.. I think there should be a good kontrast between the background and the letters, and I don't think the red outline is enough....

Have to disagree with @Red Reaper here: sometimes you don't want something like letters to stick out. Sometimes subtlety is really nice.

Less is more. That's why the second mock up works the best, imo. But it's your Hitbox, so...

That could work really well. I'd just need to find a good image or commission one. The biggest hurdle I've had so far is figuring out what is acceptable to obscure behind the buttons, so something going across the top could work well.

Yeah. I could replace the buttons if I wanted, but I really don't want to. Plus, black and red already works well for a Black Manta theme.

Ok, for real done now. Got everything cleaned up and less pixelated, finalized the "bloody" text, and I'm in talks with someone who can print it and install it for me. Man, I can't wait for this character!!!
