Description: 2 IDs because I play MKX on my brother's account, while I play IGAU on mine. My connection is pretty bad, but I can play pretty smoothly with some Brazilians and Argentinians, so if you live nearby, feel free to add me. You can add me if you don't live around here and have good connection, and we may try and see if it works, but I highly doubt it (I'm very patient, though, so I'm always open to try the connection and see if we can play).

US East please, impossible to use the rooms or matchmaking in this game. Looking to play whenever!

Hi guys, as you probably noticed, the chat rooms are dying on EU servers. I tried to do unranked matches via matchmaking, and got a 14-player decline streak after they saw my 1k games....

i tried ranked then, but there are so many noobs/laggers....

so im looking for sparring partners on PC.

It's all so very confusing.
Is it worth picking up on PC?
Its a crapshoot. For me, after literal months of waiting, the game runs almost perfectly from a graphical and technical standpoint. Solid framerates, no crashes. I get a weird bug where sometimes the audio doesn't turn on and I have to restart the game to make it work (this happens only at startup and I know immediately, I don't lose audio in the middle of.playing) but that could very well be my computer, as I have off audio issues when plugging in my headset and such as well.

HOWEVER. Online is a massive risk. If you plan on playing primarily online its a serious roll of the dice. I have, again, after months of waiting, had a lot of luck recently searching out folks here to play with very good results. Solid connections that are fast, responsive and fun. Is it perfect? Nope, but do I still very much enjoy playing and am I able to play the game as its meant to be played? Absolutely. By and large the matches that are good are great. I can learn and adapt and combo and become better at the game.

That said though, those are with cherry-picked members of TYM. I have had trial matches with members of the site (and streams and such, I cast nets for opponents all over) that weren't playable and we went out separate ways. I have tried numerous times to just play online randoms though and I can honestly say, (many times, mmaannyyy times inhave tried) that out of any 20 random matches I get one or two that are even close to playable and even more rare than that, are ENJOYABLY playable.

My experiences are echoed by MANY.MANY.MANY other players. BUT BUT BUT! Some players report having almost the opposite results. They have mostly enjoyable matches with only a sprinkling of underwater laggfests.

The people with shit matches seem to heavily heavily outweigh the people.with good matches, but MKX CAN be playable and enjoyable online.

It should also be noted that the PC community for MKX is not so strong.

Is it worth it? It depends, but I honestly believe it IS worth buying on PC if you don't already have a ps4 or xbone. If you have a system that will.run it, its a beautiful game running full tilt and if you're OK with cherry picking your opponents for direct invite games OR are willing to test your.luck with random online, go for it.
